This low-impact aerobics class is held in the shallow and deep end of the pool. This class utilizes the resistance and buoyancy of water as well as water dumbbells to tone the muscles as well as strengthen your core while protecting your joints. ⚫ ⚫ ⚪
Aqua jogging involves running in the deep end of the pool wearing a flotation device. This class has many benefits as it closely mimics the actual running movement. In addition to aerobic benefits, it provides a low impact alternative to the treadmill. Must be comfortable in deep water. ⚫ ⚫ ⚪
⚫ ⚪ ⚪ = Great for first time exercisers. Low impact fitness.
⚫ ⚫ ⚪ = Ready to take it up a notch. Moderate intensity.
